Attachmetric 2.0

Attachmetric is an Outlook Add-In that tracks the emails that you send.
This program will send you an email telling you when an email that you sent has been opened and read, when someone opened a file that you have attached, or used the links that you included in the email message.

To do this, Attachmetric converts everything you want to track in secure URLs, and send the links in your email. When the recipients click on the links, they download the content to their computers, and you will receive an alert.

Using the program is very easy. The Add-In will add three buttons to your Outlook interface: one for tracking documents, one for tracking web sites, and the last one to check if your email has been opened and read. You will receive a different email for each one of that alerts when the recipient click on those links. They will inform you the address of the person who performed the tracked action, the URL or file they opened, their IP address when they did that, and a text from Attachmetric, with a hyperlink to its page.

Everything you want to control is tracked for a month, with a 5 MB file limit per attachment.

To keep using the product, you must subscribe in Attachmetric web site, choosing one of the volumes they offer.
